He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William John Cowan and Sarah Elizabeth Heron; his siblings, Claire, Ian, Bruce and Jim; his children, Kevin and Kristin; his grandchildren, Brandon (Kendra), Ashlyn (Tyler), Victoria, Vanessa, Nickolas and Lukas; his great grandchildren, Liam and Alina; and his significant other Fran.
