He is survived by: his wife Deb; his brother Phil; his sister-in-law Jill; his nephews, Tanis (Randi), Cory (Michi), Liam, Evan and Seydi (Lucy Hogg); and his cousins, Jim Reed (Sandi) and Wendy Robinson.
