He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Yurkowski (Dean); his grandson Andrew Yurkowski (Jaylynn); his great grandchild Blakely; his grandson Michael Yurkowski (Tori Smalcel); his daughter Jennifer Chupa (Shawn Dyky); his grandson Chase; his pet Otis; his stepgrandchildren, Jenna, Carson and Jarett; his brother Doug Simon (Charlotte); his sibling's child Kip (Kelly); his children, Chec, Calum and Stacy Simon (Peter Wilson); his granddaughter Phoebe; his brother-in-law Rick While (Donna); his sibling's child Shawn; his great-nieces, Stella and Violet; his sibling's child Dean (Larissa); his children, Evan, Olivia and Heather While; his grandchild Jesse; Milo.
