He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Oberthier (Robert), Audrey Lockyer and Keith Hewson (Shirley); his wife Anita; his parents, Percy Lewis and Emma Lewis; and his parents-in-law, Joe and Grace Hewson.
He is survived by: his son Ted Lewis (Diane); his grandchildren, Michael Lewis, Allison Katarey (Eric), Danny Lewis (Ali) and Geoffrey Lewis; his son Marty Lewis (Carol); his grandchildren, Krystin Riviere (Rob) and Amanda Lewis (Matt Schmidt); his daughter Heather Morgan (Glenn); his grandchildren, Janna Morgan (Graham Kerr) and Aiden Morgan; his son Darcy Lewis; his granddaughter Chantal; his great grandchildren, Christina, Connor Katarey, Georgiana, Eloise Lewis, Chase and Keelie Riviere; and his sister Dorothy Bennett. He is also survived by Dad.
Due to Covid-19, a Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
