He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Cook and Horace Cook; his close friend Colleen; his children, Charlene, David, Johnboy and Jacob; his sons-in-law, Jerry and Jerome; his sisters, Lois and Gloria; his siblings-in-law, Maryanne, Rita, John, Edgar, Verne, Arnold and Roger; his nieces and nephews, Chad, Cody, Travis, Ryan, Danny, Debbie, Michelle and Annette; and his grandson Justin.
He is survived by: his children, Lana, Leslie (John), Dayna and Megan (Jason); his grandchildren, Marino, Joshua, Julien, Christa, Drake, Chelsea, Carmen, Chance, Cassandra, Brayden, Gage, Casey and Harlow; his siblings, Alfie, Shirley (Jim), Joy, Carol (Brian), Dory, Bernice (Ron), Patsy and Kay; and his pet Nanook. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends.
