He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Kya Stouffer (Keenan), Sophie, Hayley and Ezra; his siblings, Rachel Kokott, Bernie Kokott (Mary Guillette), Mary Lou Balkwill (Darrell), Angela Kokott (Grant Pollock), Sara Bazin (Karl) and Ryan Kokott; and his parents-in-law, Chris MacLeod (Dar) and Sheryl Reiss.
