Kunio Takaya Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2022, at the age of 80, Kunio Takaya of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Naoko Takaya of Saskatoon; his grandchildren, Keisi, Erin, Amy, Kai, Rik, Emika, Erika, Sophie, Shoji and Abigail; his parents, Genzaburo Takaya and Fusako Takaya; and his siblings, Toshiomi Takaya, Michiko Abe and Hironori Takaya.
In lieu of flowers, Kunio and Naoko have requested that donations be made to the Hospice at Glengarda, which provided exceptional compassionate care to Kunio in his final days.
