He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Howie and Gordon Howie; and his former wife Sylvia Howie. He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Howie, Emma, Sandra Nelson, Joshua, Elise, Jillian Howie, Jonah and Clementine; his nieces and nephews, Sharon Price, Jay, Derek, Tyler, Linda Boyd, Ronald Howie, Curtis, Jordan and Brett; and his wife Margaret Cram-Howie. He is also survived by 4 children.
