He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas and Emma (Tena); and his siblings, Walter and Mercedes. He is survived by: his wife Tena Kouznitsoff; his daughters, Gail Osachoff (Paul Denham), Dee Osachoff-Scott (Fraser Scott) and Bonnie Vangool (Luc Vangool); his grandchildren, Janine Vangool (Glen Dresser), Marc Vangool (Nancy Vangool), Sam Morsy (Sunny Lee), Robert Denham and Karen Osachoff (Clifford Brown); and his great grandchildren, Finley Dresser, Blade Denham and Sofia Morsy.

During this same period, he was active on the Memorial Committee of the Meewasin Valley Foundation.
