He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Edwards and Nelson Edwards; his wife Donna Tinney; his brother Neil Edwards; his sister-in-law Ann Edwards; his parents-in-law, Cliff Tinney and Rowena Tinney Smith; and his stepfather-in-law Marshal Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Joanne Ubell (Mike) and Jeff Edwards (Erin); his grandchildren, Hanna Anderson (Ty), Austin Edwards (Hanna) and Zach Edwards (Anna); his siblings, Ralph Edwards and Delcie Moriarty (John); his siblings-in-law, Ella Edwards and Earl Tinney; and his close friends, Warren, Roberta Gustafson and Kim Giles. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
