He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leo Shirley and Katherine Scheidt; and his siblings, James, Billy, Gerry, Mike and Fran.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his son Ryan (Jen Preiner); his grandchildren, Peyton and Ava; his daughter Amanda Stanford (Scott); his grandchildren, Jaxson and Karter; and his siblings, Pat Taman (Tom), Denis (Ray Albert) and Katherine (Theresa). He is also survived by friends and a caring family of in-laws.
