She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her sister Evelyn Anderson; her sister-in-law Myrna Tyson; her daughter Carol Cherkewich (Ron); her grandchildren, Teri Cherkewich (Rachel Ford) and Chris Cherkewich (Pam); and her great grandchildren, Calder, Paige and John. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
