She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin and Frances; her stepfather Grant; her siblings, Merle, Sandra and Deb; her father-in-law William; her stepfather-in-law Cameron; her mother-in-law Carolyn; her siblings-in-law, Dwayne and Darlene; her nephew Brian; and her great-nephew Devin.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald (Gerry); her children, Donna Schick (Darren) and David (Stacy); her grandchildren, Brett, Mikaela (Blayke), Lauryn (Tyson), Spencer (Katie) and Ethan (Makayla); her great grandchildren, Layne, Logan, Kamryn, Keeley and Rory; her brother Les (Brenda); her siblings-in-law, Mike and Elaine; and her uncle Vernon (Verna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (210 Wess Rd, Saskatoon, SK S7V0S4).
Organ donation was something that was very important to Lois and she was able to do an ocular donation . In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Paul's Palliative Care Unit, Saskatoon SPCA, and Saskatchewan Cancer Association.
