She is survived by: her child Chris; her husband Chris; her children, Tara (Carter), Josh (Victoria), Carrie (Kyle) and Cole; her mother Linda Keen (Michael); her brother Kelly Crowhurst (Kirstin); and her father-in-law Floyd Chapple (Debbie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and family friends.
