He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his stepchildren, Jeff Blushke (Angela Baldelli), Bob Blushke and Wendy Blushke; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Corey Blushke, Samantha and Michael Blushke; his sisters-in-law, Marlene and Sharon Howard; and his nephew Robert Howard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
