He was predeceased by: Josephene. He is survived by: his children, Patricia (Les Koob), Donald (Shirley) and Curtis (Arlene); his grandchildren, Chase, Stacey, Sarah, Amanda, Alisha, Jessica and Rachel; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Keenan, Nevaeh, Brayden, Brielle, Blake, Evan and Bowen.
