He was predeceased by: his parents, Osborne Warren and Minnie Warren. He is survived by: his wife Madeline; his children, Tim and Lynn (Dave); and his grandchildren, Kaleb, Steel, Breanna, Cameron and Kiera Stewart.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to a charity focused on Alzheimer's and/or dementia research or the Salvation Army.
