With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maisie Loraine Moon in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, born in Brandon, Manitoba, who passed away on December 19, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Maisie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Maisie. Though Maisie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bud Moon of Portage. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Smith (George); her granddaughters, Cheryl Boutang (Darren) and Andrea Smith (Chris Tinkler); and her great grandchildren, Paige and Leah Boutang. She is also survived by many extended family and close friends.
