She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sloboda and Ann Sloboda; her husband Steve Cholodnuik; her parents-in-law, John and Maggie Cholodnuik; and her brother Peter Sloboda.

She is survived by: her children, Teras Cholodnuik (Jewel) of Saskatoon, SK, Sylvia Cholodnuik of Saskatoon, SK and Thom Cholodnuik of Lloydminster, SK; her grandchildren, Jordan Sears (Kallie), Kieran Steedsman (Jenn), Kaela Cholodnuik and Steven Cholodnuik; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Addalyn Sears; her sister-in-law Stella Sloboda; and her aunt Jean Pawlyshyn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
