It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marion Shutiak of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Shutiak; her parents, Michael Sawitsky and Annie Sawitsky; her siblings, Myroslaw, Morris, Julius, Orest and Victoria Chomyn (Nick); and her siblings-in-law, Donna Sawitsky, William Stus and Jack Kotelko.

She is survived by: her children, Linda (Jim), Wayne (Myra) and Ray (Michelle); her grandchildren, Evan (Kira) and Paulina; her great grandchildren, Violet and Milah; her sisters, Elsie Stus and Petrunella Kotelko; and her sisters-in-law, Laurie Sawitsky and Mary Sawitsky. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions, a Private Family Divine Liturgy will be held at St. George's Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, celebrated by Rt.
