She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Burvill and Kathleen Burvill; her sons, Kevin and Kirk; her siblings-in-law, Allan Johnson, Dale Miller and Grace Walsh; and her parents-in-law, Philip and Margaret Walsh.

She is survived by: her spouse Pat Walsh; her children, Craig Walsh (Adrianne), Gwen Dyck (Andrew) and Colleen Rieger (Richard); her grandchildren, Jared (Coralie), Brendan, Taylor (Kenton), Wyatt, Owen, Carter, Josh, Lucas, Jackson, William and Eleanor; her great grandchildren, Eva, Nate, Landon and Blake; and her siblings, Joan Miller, Judy Johnson, Bob Burvill (MaryAnn) and Pat Walsh.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Paul's Hospital Foundation – Hospice at Glengarda in her honour.
