She was predeceased by: her husband Jean-Paul Forand (Hammer); and her brother Edward McLellan. She is survived by: her brother Henry McLellan; her children, Valerie (Jack), Lawson (Michelle) and Lee (Maxine); her grandchildren, Nichola Matthews (Karim), Hugh Badger-Forand (Lauren), Erika Matthews and Alexandra Forand; and her great grandchildren, Aya and Alina Mohamed.
In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to Ukrainian sisters of St. Joseph of Saskatoon.
