Mildred Novak Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2022, at the age of 98, Mildred Novak (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Sommerfeld and Greta Sommerfeld; her husband Bill Novak; her siblings, Ron Sommerfeld (Vera), Leonard Sommerfeld (Sybil), Walter Sommerfeld (Elaine), Keith Sommerfeld (Louise) and Gertrude Burrell (Steve); and her nieces, Lisa Sommerfeld and Dianne Lane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Arlene Karpan (Robin) and Cheryl Mercier (Leo); her grandsons, Roger Mercier (Sophie) and Jules Mercier (DeeAnn); and her great grandchildren, Leila and Ruby. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Mildred's spirit of spreading good cheer, the family suggests that you support a community or local charity of your choice in her memory.
