She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Spelay; her parents, Jeanne Shumay and John Shumay; her son Blaine; her brothers, Steven, George and Donald; and her son-in-law Pete.

She is survived by: her children, Darrell (Kim) of Yorkton, Brent of Yorkton and Jodi of Saskatoon; her granddaughter Brandi McManus (Curtis); her great grandchildren, Ty and Kale McManus; and her granddaughters, Michelle and Shannon Spelay. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Kinsmen Telemiracle Fund as gifts of remembrance.
