She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Samulak and Ann Samulak; her husband Isidore; her daughter Darlene; her brothers, Bill and John; and her daughter-in-law Linda Petryshyn.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Petryshyn (Bernice), Ron Petryshyn, Dianne Horn, Judy Ferguson (Paul), Debbie Petryshyn (Kevin) and Rick Petryshyn (Colleen); her sister Mary Longworth (Carl); and her sister-in-law Jean Samulak. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
