He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Budzak and Dora Budzak; his brother Michael; his wife Mary; and his stepson Marvin Woroniuk.
He is survived by: his son Ken; his daughter-in-law Jane Budzak; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Carter; his sister Sally Saworski (Elmer); his stepchildren, Simon Woroniuk (Carin) and Deborah Provencher (Mike); and his stepgrandchildren, Yaras, Nathan, Adrienne and Alexa. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
