He is survived by: his wife Helen Kazuska; his daughter Diane Procyshyn Saskatoon (Grant); his grandchildren, Royce Schmitt (Rikki) of Medicine Hat and Angela Schmitt (Dayani) of Calgary, Alberta.; his son David Puteria (Cheryl) of North Battleford; his grandson Jeremy Puteria (Lyndsey); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Sydney and Isabelle; his sons, Mason of Saskatoon, Wayne Kazuska of Yorkton and Patrick Kazuska (Bonnie); and his grandsons, Max and Brady of Saskatoon.
