He was predeceased by: his daughter Andrea Vaughan; his granddaughter Kayte Vaughan; his parents, Eva Vaughan and Cecil Vaughan; and his siblings, Brian and Beryl.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy Vaughan; his daughters, Tania Lockhart (Adam), Teresa Kim Vaughan, Alina Vaughan (Kevin) and Nicoleta Vaughan; and his grandchildren, Celice Viloria and Karter Kellett. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan in Noel's name.
