He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Huggins and Alice Huggins; and his daughter Alishia. He is survived by: his wife Bev Huggins (Pambrun); and his children, Justin (Kacey), Cheryl-Ann and Lucas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Norval's memory can be made to St. Paul's Hospital Palliative Care.
