She was predeceased by : her parents, John Parchoma (Anne Harach) and Ivan Nahachewsky. She is survived by : her children, Evan Krawchuk (Germaine), Donald Krawchuk (Janice) and Christine Wesolowski (Fred); and her grandchildren, Michael Krawchuk (Suzanne), Jordan Krawchuk (Mandy), Stephanie Krawchuk, Karla Parchoma (Kevin), Olesia Richards (Paul) and Lindsey Wesolowski.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Olga's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
