She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Leschyshyn; her children, Irene Lasiuk and Bob 'Butch Leschyshyn; and her siblings, Nick Kuchka, Genka and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Malyk and Dennis Leschyshyn; and her daughter-in-law Virginia Leschyshyn. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
