He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, John Mysak and Elizabeth Mysak; and his siblings, Steve, Walter, Arthur and Olga Ball.

He is survived by: his daughter Marianne Carr (Rob); his grandchildren, Spencer (Meaghan), Kylie (Armand), Riley and Kayla (Derek); his great grandchildren, Danny Mysak, Ellie, Griffin and Sophie; Mary, Sam and Nola.
