He was predeceased by: his parents, Petronella Chepyha (Radomska) and Nick Chepyha; and his parents-in-law, Dmytro and Anastasia Shwed (Yuzek). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Elaine (Shwed); his sons, James Gregory (Jayme) and Terry Stephen; his siblings, Anna Luba and Jerome (Louise); and his brother-in-law Zenon (Sharon). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
