She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Kulyk and Katherine Kulyk; and her brother Peter. She is survived by: her brother Joe (Janet); her nieces, Juli and Katherine (Jason); her nephew Jeffrey (Debra); and her great-nieces, Khloe and Eloise.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be a made to the Sisters of St. Joseph's Home, for benefits of Ukrainian Orphanages or to a charity of the donor's choice.
