With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Hill (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), born in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, who passed away on November 21, 2018 at the age of 49. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Hill to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Hill; her stepmother Ruth Hill; her close friend Wanda Pruden; and also, Art, Carla Price and Rebekah Werner.
She is survived by: her spouse Allan Werner; her mother Gloria Setters; her siblings, Deanna and Sean (Laurie); her sons, Mason and Damien; her grandmother Patricia Hill; her children, Emily, Mackenzie, Shaliegh, Kennedy, Austin, Tanner, Chase, Damion and Tayen; and also, Anne Werner, Tim (Ivy), John (Nicole), Barb (Brandon), Jeff (Alisha) and Melissa.
