She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Flahr (Mel) of Saskatoon and Donna Lendzyk (David Kopp) of Regina; her grandsons, Andrew Sorestad (Kristi Billard), Curtis Sorestad and Nicholas Sorestad (Sam Sysing); her great grandchild Zoey; her sister-in-law Julie Chrun; her niece Zenia Wisner; and her nephews, Michael (Melanie) and Ken Chrun (Andrea).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pat's memory to Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Saskatoon or the Jubilee Residences Foundation.
