He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl, Cindy, Shirley and Bernice; his wife Bernice; and his grandchildren, Cheryl, Butch Bornyk, Cindy Chrun (Cameron), Shirley Maze, Theresa Harilstad (Melissa), Russ, Anna Macala, Arlene, Kevin Plummer, Cora, Jared, Andrew, Morgan, Rachel and Marvin Macala. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
