He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen MacGillivray (Fields); and his parents, Marie Evans and Doug MacGillivray. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Woloschuk (Dan) and Cheryl Zolmer (Steve); his grandchildren, Meghan Campbell (Jock), Melissa Woloschuk, Chelsea Bahris and Symone Moffatt (Dave Martinez); his great grandchildren, Alex Woloschuk (Lucas Siwak), Zane Campbell and Isla Bahris; his sister Lynn Victoria; and his nieces, Autumn, Yvette and Amber.
