Phyllis Dziadyk Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2021, at the age of 100, Phyllis Dziadyk (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Steve; her son Albert; her parents, John M. Bayda and Mary Bayda; her siblings, Frances Bayda, Orissia Bayda, Anne Scherban, Irene Sabadash, Walter Bayda and Alex Bayda; her siblings-in-law, Mary Bayda, Bill Scherban, Peter Sabadash, Tom Derkatch, Nick Baschuk, Steve Shutiak and Ted Kostiuk; and her grandson-in-law Gord Engel.

She is survived by: her son Eugene Dziadyk (Regina); her granddaughter Raeleen Engel; her children, Layne, Paige, Mary and Jonah; her grandson Michael Dziadyk (Jan); her great grandchildren, Kayla, Candice, Chance and Kennedy; her siblings, Rose Baschuk, Marilyn Kostiuk, Arlene Derkatch, Stephanie Shutiak and Irvine Bayda; and her sister-in-law Katherine Bayda. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Should family or friends so desire, donations in memory of Phyllis can be made to the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation.
