He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nettie; his daughters, Sue (Wes Walker) of Saskatoon, Jo (Brent Battrum) of White City and Lori (Jim Swanson) of Victoria; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Cody, Nikolas, Jordan, Zach and Rachel; his siblings, Wil Rietveld, Jenny (Martin Nyssen) of Saskatoon and John Vogel (Marion) of Calgary; his sisters-in-law, Joan Bonsee and Alice Bonsee; and his caregivers, Russ, Isaac, Diane, Travis and John.
