Raymond Fast Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2025, at the age of 89, Raymond Fast (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Raymond Fast to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Fast and Mary Fast (Thiessen); his brother-in-law David Jeffares; and also, Bill and Mary Lane (Peters).
He is survived by: his wife Helen Lane (Lane); his children, Lori (Brad), Thomas, Pamela and Garry Fast (Donna Schweitzer); his grandsons, Jackson and Maxwell; his siblings, Lindsay Fast (Joan) and Dolores Jeffares; and his in-laws, Lillian Bartel, Harold Lane (Kim) and Harvey Lane (Barbara). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Nutana Park Mennonite Church (1701 Ruth St E, Saskatoon, SK S7J0L7). Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mennonite Central Committee of Saskatchewan (MCC), and Saskatoon Foundation for Student Bursaries, or a Charity of your Choice.
