He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Fast and Mary Fast (Thiessen); his brother-in-law David Jeffares; Bill and Mary Lane (Peters).
He is survived by: his wife Helen Lane (Lane); his children, Lori (Brad), Thomas, Pamela and Garry Fast (Donna Schweitzer); his grandsons, Jackson and Maxwell; his siblings, Lindsay Fast (Joan) and Dolores Jeffares; and his in-laws, Lillian Bartel, Harold Lane (Kim) and Harvey Lane (Barbara). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mennonite Central Committee of Saskatchewan (MCC), and Saskatoon Foundation for Student Bursaries, or a Charity of your Choice.
