She is survived by: her husband Gerhard Fork; her children, Jane Moxam and Dale (Carol); her grandchildren, Lee Raito, Petri Raito (Marni), Dallas Haight (Corrinne) and Rachelle Ash (James); her stepgrandchildren, Angela Stewart (Barrie) and Jason Blum (Hiroe); her great grandchildren, Emma Raito, Hanna Raito, Grace Raito, Neeya Raito, Neeko Raito, Carter Haight, Kaitlyn Haight and Warner Ash; her stepgrandchildren, Colette Willock (Mike), Eric Stewart, Caroline Stewart and Aina Blum; her great great grandchildren, Lydia Willock and Oscar Willock; and her sister Mary Gullacher. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
