He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Finley and Annie Finley of Cut Knife, SK; his wife Violet; his siblings, Marianne Rutley (Bailey) and Paul Finley (Lenore); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Nidoski and Bonnie Nidoski.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Nicholson (Scott) and Ernie; his granddaughters, Georgia and Cassie; his sister-in-law Sheila Nidoski; Sandy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
