He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Edward; and his uncle David (Beryl). He is survived by: his mother Sheila Betty; his children, Alicia and Stuart; and his granddaughter Jemma.
He was an avid learner; after his retirement he attended a semester of psychology at the University of Saskatchewan, unfortunately his studies would be cut short by the pandemic.
