He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fast and Lottie Penno; his brother Gary Fast; his mother-in-law Eve Wiebe; and his brother-in-law Kevin Bundschuh.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Fast; his children, Kelly Fairbrother (Michael), Cari-ann Fast (Thawzin Thaw) and Bruce Gower; his grandchildren, Lillian, Oliver Fairbrother, Brice, Brick and Shayla Gower; his father-in-law Harold Bundschuh (Marj Bergen); his siblings-in-law, Liza Bundschuh and Jeff Bundschuh; his nephews, Nathan Bundschuh, Spencer Bundschuh (Kendra) and Liam Bundschuh (Kelsey); and his great-nephew Beau Bundschuh. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ron's memory may be made to Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church or the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation in recognition of the compassionate care he received.
