It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Essar of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, born in Nipawin, Saskatchewan, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Essar; her parents, Bill Korniski and Rose Korniski; her brother Con Korniski; her grandson Jeremy Falkowsky; and her in-laws, Wasyl and Dora Essar.

She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer (Murray Falkowsky); her grandchildren, Sarah Falkowsky (Anthony Galipeau), Eric and Ryan; her daughter Leanne Tretiak (Ron Hoover); her grandchildren, Zachary (Katie Pellerin) and Mikayla (Garrett Constant); her son Adam Essar (Krissy); her grandchildren, Zaiden and Zander; her sisters, Sherry Korniski and Shelly (Leonard Slogotski); her sister-in-law Cheryl Korniski; and her cousin Bev Denesik. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
