She was predeceased by: her husband David Coflin; her parents, George Slater and Kay Slater; and her siblings, Mary-Lynne and Donald.
She is survived by: her siblings, Colleen (Kellie), Charlotte and Brian; her daughters, Morgan Coflin (Crispin Adolf) and Sarah Coflin; her granddaughters, Kiera Coflin, Georgia Coflin and Ziarra Coflin (Zibi); and her stepgrandson Tucker Adolf.
