Shelly Carmen (Lewis) Wozniak Obituary

She was predeceased by: her half-sister Velvet Lewis; her father-in-law Eugene Wozniak; her father Alan Lewis; her granddaughter Lexus; her nephew Jared Zimmerman; her stepfather Jack Sabo; and her brother Robbie Lewis.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Wozniak; her mother Isabelle Sabo; her mother-in-law Elsie Wozniak; her children, Curtis Wozniak, Jeremy Wozniak, Andy Wozniak (Pam) and Kristen Howdle (Greg); her grandchildren, Reese, Logan, Harlow, Chloe, Madison, Noah, Mackenzie, Presley, Jared, Amara, Jazmyn and Bodhi; her great grandchild Elija; her siblings, Dawn Zimmerman (Derm), Heather Wowchuk and Todd Lewis (Janie); and her in-laws, Debbie Lim (Al), Zane Wozniak (Cathy), Char Schumacher (Craig), Carla Ivaniski (Grant) and Sandi Lesueur (Wozniak). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
