He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Wormsbecker and Katherine Wormsbecker; his son Lyle; his brother Jacob; his sister-in-law Cecilia; and his nephew George.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly; and his children, Clinton (Leslie), Connie and Leonard (Lois). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
