She was predeceased by: her husband Orest Boyenko; her parents, Alice Harasymchuk and Alex Harasymchuk; her brother Edwin Harasymchuk; her brother-in-law Harry Stadnyk; and her in-laws, Jacob, Annie Boyenko, Grace Pozniak (Ezadore) and Audrey Kotlar (Augustine).
She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Stadnyk, Lil Stadnyk (Steve), Christine Scherbanuik (Harry), John Harasymchuk and Larry Harasymchuk (Pat). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sylvia's memory to the Ukrainian Catholic Church in Vonda.
